24-Hour Student Support

Traveling and studying in a foreign country is fun and exciting, but there are definitely times when language barriers and cultural differences can present real roadblocks during a student's stay. CSA’s dedicated 24-hour student support network is designed to remove these roadblocks, plus any additional hassle and stress, to make their stay in China as stress-free and safe as possible. Simply put, our students are here to focus on studying, learning and making the most of their time in China – we deal with any problems that may present themselves.

This student support starts from the very moment a student arrives in China, met by one of our staff at the airport. From there students are taken to their apartments, given an orientation of the city and their immediate surroundings, and introduced to the rest of the student population.

Then, from full assistance in registering at school or university, to proving a local mobile phone and guidebooks, CSA takes all the difficulty out of settling into a new country so our students can hit the ground running with their studies. The best way to learn Mandarin and immerse yourself into your new country is without the distractions of the mundane, and that's what we guarantee.

Throughout the duration of each student's stay they will have access to a 24 hour English speaking support line, should any problems arise. Whether it's helping to open a local bank account, arranging to have a toilet unblocked, getting a visa extended or even telling a taxi driver how to get a student home at 2am, we make sure that no student ever feels like they are left on their own.
